We bought a Roku for our home after cutting cable TV. We love our Roku and the many channels you can add! Be aware that you will need a descent (3-4 MB minimum) download speed from you ISP to stream most content from the Roku.
We have had a roku box at home for a few years now and it's a great addition to the local programing. The draw back to having one on the road RVing is streaming video uses a lot of data . So unless you have a unlimited data plan and good speed it wouldn't be worth it .
