1999 rv roof, help me decide what to do

I've only owned this RV since December, I was on the roof cleaning it and this is what it looks like. No leaks at all,, so far.Thinking of 2 part Dicor epdm treatment

I just did the ProGuard EPDM coatings system. Total time on the roof from cleaning to application was 5 to 6 hours. The "skin" has set, and im waiting for the first rain on it tomorrow to test for leaks.

My roof looked worse than yours, so we shall see...
