2013 Seneca fresh water tank.

I justed picked up my new 2013 36FK Seneca. Add a 1/4 of a tank of water and noticed the tank was sagging about 3" threw the floor. Then I opened the side compartment and found the back wall of compartment being crushed by the weight of the tank. Tanks only 1/4 full what happens when full ?? The coach is now back at dealer waiting to hear back from Jayco. Has anyone else see this problem? The wank tank has no support.

I am wait to hear back for Jayco on how this will be fixed. Very scary to think what could happen it tank give going down road.

Please let me know if anyone has seen this problem, you have to look under the back of the coach or remove side panel to see.

My Embark had what sounds like a similar mounting. Jayco said it was good but I still did not like it as it looked like a potential problem. I made a piece of 3/4" plywood to sit under the tank and support it. It got rid of the big belly in the underside of the tank.

Jayco sent me a letter saying- installation complies with engineering design and specifications and motorhome is safe to use as built. Still doesn't look correct to me. But Jayco is taking responsibility with letter.
