2014 Seneca 37RB vs 2014 Seneca 37FS

Hello,
We are looking at these two Rv's. It looks like the only difference between the 2 are the rear bath or the bunks. We don't need the bunks and would turn them into a cabinet storage instead. I don't think we need 2 toilets either since there are only 2 of us. I have a brochure on them that we got a few months ago, I have also looked up the specs on different websites and looked at the brochure from Jayco's website.

My questions are:
37RB-- I have found that there is different printed specs for the Tank Capacities.
One I found said the Black tank is 99 gallons and another said 66 gallons and another said 92 gallons??
One said the Exterior Storage was 122.6 cu.ft and another said 115.1 cu.ft ??

37FS-- The same thing, I find that there are different printed specs for the Tank Capacities also??
It also says the 37FS has a Exterior Storage of 227.5 cu.ft, does this one really have that much more exterior storage than the RB? There is only a 4" difference in length??

Also are the couches in both of them the same length (when in sitting position)?

Thanks for any help, I'm sure once we pick and buy one we will have many more questions.

Teri

I would rely on the info from JAYCO's website. Sometimes brochures are printed before the final product or they make changes after the brochure is out. You lose the storage in the RB because of the extra black tank and associated plumbing for the 1/2 bath. The 1/2 bath is two-fold, one you can't access the rear bath with the bed slide in and if you have guests they don't have to go thru the bedroom to use the bathroom. As to the couch if you opt for the booth dinette and sofa it will probably be the same as that on the FS.
