2015 Greyhawk battery hook up

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me. We purchased a 2015 Greyhawk in December I disconnected the battery and now I'm not sure how to reconnect the cables to the battery. I have three cables in one set together and a single cable. I called the dealer and believe it or not the service department couldn't tell me how to hook it up.

If I had my rig in the driveway (it's in storage), I'd run out and take a pic for you. Never fear, one of the great folks on this forum will give you the answer shortly. Welcome to JOF!

i have a 2015 redhawk, just looked it appears 3 go to positive terminal, single to negative, that is how mine is wired not sure yours is the same, if you try it make sure you are not connected to ac current so converter is not running, my tried and true test is to go to dealer and look how their units are wired , you would think their service department would know, my 3 wires have a big red tape on them( probably for positive since my dealer installed heavy duty battery at no charge) , there is no reason to disconnect batteries because the unit has a battery disconnect, in other posts i have read disconnecting the batteries trips the disconnect solenoid and it has to be reset, you might try calling jayco if this happens, hope this helps

Thanks walkingeagle that definitely helps. When I called the dealer they went out to the sales lot and checked a new unit but it had no batteries installed so they couldn't help now that's a vote of confidence for future services work.

On my Grayhawk the 3 wires go to the positive, and the one to the negative.
