I have a 2016 31FK with a Girard Gen II.
Which is tankless.

Last time I researched it - the heater did NOT have typical bypass valves, like you'd expect for winterizing a coach with a tank water heater.

Not sure if that's what you're referring to when you say valve.

When you turn the faucet to hot, there's NO water flow at all?
And when you turn it to cold, there is flow?

Someone sent me a plumbing diagram months ago, specifically to the Gen II Girard. I'll see if I can find it.

Door below the stove on my 2012 Greyhawk 31SS. That is a tank water heater. There are actually 3 valves and they are "bypass" valves, so you can drain your water heater tank and winterize with antifreeze without getting antifreeze in your hot water tank. I suspect a tankless heater is different.

You have a water tank? I have a 31FK, and there is an on demand water heater. Do you not have any hot water flow in the faucets? Is that what the problem is?
