Access to inverter on Redhawk 26XS

My understanding is the inverter is under the corner bed. How do you lift the wood platform up? It appears to be stapled down. Please tell me there is an easier way to access it? I want to add another outlet to the inverter so we can charge our cell phones and nooks while driving.

On the granite ridge, there is a wood cover. The wood cover is screwed into the side of the bed frame (inside) and into the floor. You have to remove 6 screws to get the cover off.

Where is your existing inverter outlet?

I finally got around to figuring this out. My inverter is behind a panel in the large rear storage area. The inverter outlet is in the upper bunk area and powers the TV.

I was disappointed to see that our inverter is a modified sine wave inverter and not a pure sine wave inverter. Everything I read says it's not safe to power laptops and cell phone chargers with a modified sine wave inverter. I guess I will have to switch it out but it will have to wait as I don't have the money to do that right now.
