ACME Tow Dolly

Are any of you pulling your "toad" with an ACME Tow Dolly? Looking at purchasing. Your thoughts?

Surge brake or electric brake model? I need a dolly as well and these are very affordable versus some of the others.

I was going to choose the Acme Tow Dolly if I decided not to flat tow 4 down. I liked the fact that it folded up to store and that the surge brakes did not need an electric brake controller to be installed.

Great Tow Dolly

I used the ACME tow dolly for a couple of years before buying a travel trailer. It was a great dolly. I liked the stopping power of the disc brakes and not having to have an electronic brake controller. Wide wheelbase gave a stable tow. Used it to tow a Camry behind my Class C.

Thank you. Storing and braking are what I like about what I see in this dolly also.

Been using the surge brake model for a couple of years.... about 10k miles behind Granite Ridge with a Hyundai Sonata. Works great, no problems!
