Automatic Leveling

Hi. I'm new here and new to RV-ing. I purchased a 2017 Grehawk recently . We just got home from from a trip to Los Angeles and Austin, TX. Everything went well. Home now and temp is -20 to -40 F. Winterized in Austin before coming north. However, leveling jacks seem stuck. Do you think cold temp is the cause?

my only reason for saying that is because when we came back from our Winter Camping run a couple of weeks ago, we had one jack that wouldn't retract completely.

I'd saw it stopped at about 80% up.

Never did that before, I'm going to check it later this week when we get back into the 50's.

Welcome to the forum! I would read the manual for the leveling system to make sure you didn't forget any steps like putting the emergency brake on. Check the house batteries to see if they have enough charge. You might plug into shore power or run the generator while trying to level. Also try to use manual mode to lower each jack separately. Do any indicator lights work when you try to level? Good luck and let us know if you succeed or not.
