Bigfoot leveling system question...

Hey everyone!! We just picked a used 2012 Greyhawk 31DS. It is practically brand new and gorgeous!! When I put the leveling system in auto, only the front arms go down and do their business. The rear legs make no movement or sound. Then, the left and right buttons continually flash. Any ideas on what is going on and how to correct? Thanks in advance!!

You might try to do it on manual, but you will need a short level to check it. You could also run the front ones out and retract them several times, if they weren't used much or for a long time. If you have a problem that should still be under warranty. It came with a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. Have your vin number handy and call Jayco, they will tell you when it was put into service. My dealer told me if mine acts up, just retract and start over. Good Luck and enjoy.

Might try lubricating. Mine tend to be louder between lubes which could indicate potential for sticking if if sat for a while.
