Bilstein shocks

I would like to update my shocks on our 2008 greyhawk 31ss. Jayco now offers a option of Bilstein with the J Ride Is it the Hd series or the comfort series

I am very happy with the new Bilsteins .Cornering is so stable and it just floats down the road .Wish I did this years ago

I just got an email from Koni regarding their FSD shocks for the 2013 E-450:
"We'll have shocks for your chassis in a few months. The first batch of FSD's are scheduled to be produced in October. Please check back with us." They have them for E-450's up to 2007, so presumably the new ones will fit 2007 to present and beyond. Ford must have changed something in the suspension after the 2007 model---maybe that's when they went to 14,500
lbs.

We had Track & Sway bars, along with Safe-T-Steer installed which certainly improved handling on our 2007 Workhorse W24 chassis. After driving I80 in Calif, we knew we needed different shocks! We had FSD's installed at Redlands RV and the difference in handling & ride was and still is awesome. I would hope that same improvement would be noticeable with FSD's on a E-450.

I put Bilsteins on all four corners of my F-250. Worlds better than the old worn out sticks Ford had on there.

We are thinking about installing Bilsteins and a sway bar to help stability on our 2016 Jayco 26x1 Redwing. We were disappointed in the ride from the factory parts. Anybody out there have any comments that might help us. Thanks

I replaced my shocks with Bilsteins and added a HD anti-sway bar on my 2011 Greyhawk 26DS. Best money ever spent on the RV. I drive with a couple of fingers on the wheel now. Also when big rigs go by I still feel the push but it is much lighter and not a big deal.

I have a 2017 Redhawk 26X1. We replaced the stock shock with Koni FSD's and the difference is amazing. The mechanic said the stock shocks were no better than van shocks. Go with the Koni

When I switched to the Bilsteins on my old rig, it was so much better, I'm not kidding when I say I would take the new stock shocks off immediately. The old joke is the stock shocks are only there to get you from the dealer to home.
