As CarB stated, when I purchased my 2015, Jayco FAILED to install the Bluetooth. I had to take it to the dealer where they installed it. Works like a charm !

I have a 2015 Greyhawk 29MV with the Clarion infotainment system, the microphone was installed before I took delivery and the Bluetooth works just fine with our i-phones.

Curious where others had the mic mounted. As I picked it up from the dealer, I saw it was installed on the dash just to the right of the instrument cluster.

Our mic for the Bluetooth was stuck in a box in a drawer and we had to get the dealer to install it under warranty. It was totally asinine that they did not install the mic at the factory.
So, once again the big mystery of why...... Why doesn't Jayco install them at the factory!?
