cabin air filter

I've been staring at the 'cabin filter' lettering on the low passenger side, and thought I'd take a look after 2 years and 21,000 miles. The maintenance manual says 6 months or 60,000 miles. Very dirty and butterfly schmutz that made it past the grille. You'll need a T-20 and T-25 star screwdriver. A worthy maintenance item.

I pulled mine out last year before I winterized, like yours it was filthy too. I only have 17K on mine! I think Freightliner vastly overestimated the mileage change interval, or we must both drive on really dusty roads!
