cable connect

I have a 2007 Jayco Seneca 35 GS with an entertainment center I have all the cable hooked up and I get an air antenna signal no problem but I can't figure out how the cable connector comes into the RVwhat I mean by that is everything is fine at the campground box on to the into the RV but can't get a signal or program auto program to get the cable channels it looks like everything goes through the amplifier any suggestions

Did you turn the amplifier off when you were looking for the cable channels??
