Camper door binds

I have a2017 Jayco RedHawks 23XM delivered September 8th 2016. I am having a problem with the camper door stuck closed at times, from inside to exit, the handle pulls in fine but you have to hip check or punch the door frame to open it. Just the opposite if your going in from outside. I had it back to the dealer in North Charleston, they said they lubed the lock. It seemed to Be fine for a couple of days, that ended, back to the problem !
Anyone ideas? Not a happy camper.

It might be a simple striker plate adjustment that's needed.

Any way to see where it is binding? I would try and adjust it myself to save the trouble. It will have to go back either way if you can't find it. I know who you are dealing with so good luck!

I was just in there Wednesday and left scratching my head.

Check the trailer being level. I have had mine stick before when I wasn't quite level front to back.

It's a motor home.

We have a 17 Redhawk 29xk and the door works well only when very level. The class C motorhomes sit a bit lower in the front than the rear unless the levelers are down so the entry door is usually a bit sticky. Ours isn't as bad as you describe but annoying nonetheless.
