ceiling question & Mfg.

Just out of curiosity, my 05 26SS Greyhawk purchased used last November has a great number of dime to quarter size bubbles in the soft cloth ceiling, they don't bother me but I'm curious if they were a design flaw, water leak of what. there is no sign of stains from leakage and coach has all been re-calked recently. Has anyone had this before and found a way to do something to repair. As I said they do not bother me and looks pretty normal but I am just anal enough to like to fix.I thought about using a hypodermic needle with and adhesive of some sort.
My other question is, does Jayco manucacture only so many of each model and if so is there research on this?

Thanks Bucket2

I have the very same issue in the ceiling of my 2006 Jayco Jayhawk and while they aren't bad, it's enough to make me want to try to correct the issue
