Door Not Square

Howdy folks! We've been really enjoying camping in our Greyhawk 31FS. The kids love the bunks and overhead bed, and we've all been enjoying getting out and about. We've not been too terribly far away thus far (farthest trip was over to Canton for First Monday Trade Days), but we've gotten a few weekends in camping in it now. Right now one of my biggest problems with the RV is that the door is extremely difficult for my wife and children to open and close successfully. I don't know why I didn't really notice this before, but while we were camping over at the Vineyards Campground in Grapevine this weekend, I noticed that the door is not "square". I had setup camp and leveled the RV with the Bigfoot system on automatic, and while I know that's not always perfect, this site was on a concrete pad that was already pretty level. I measured level with my iPhone compass (yeah, yeah, yeah...not the best I know, but it's all I had in a pinch) and it seemed that at most the coach might have been off from side to side level by less than 1%. In any case, after inspecting the door following increasing complaints and difficulty from the family, I notices that the door is not closing properly at the bottom lefthand corner. it will only close in that part of the door with serious force applied (like it's dragging against the base plate). I even tried to get the coach a bit more level by manually adjusting the jack system (which I got it almost perfect), but it did not change this behavior. Looking at the door, you can clearly see that the part of the door that is troublesome is lower than the part of the door closer to the hinge. Is this normal? Is this something that the dealer should be able to resolve or is something that I should have to deal with myself? Unfortunately, this is big problem for my slight of frame wife and my young kids. Any advice or suggestions appreciated!

You should have the dealer inspect it, if it is dragging, it will be leaving scrape marks, let them mess with it, otherwise they may be able to blame you for tampering with it.

The door scraping like that is a sure sign you are not as level as you think you are.. My door and my shower door are my final checks to make sure I am level.
