Done, all is good. I agree it's a long run but the wire is 8ga. That is three times bigger than the brake controller. My only concern is the controller is hot all the time with or without the ignition on. I can't believe it draws much?

Unless something has drastically changed they all are. Before the days of pre-wire the hot side went directly to the battery and had a 30 circuit breaker in line.

Well I glad this worked out, you would think the dealer would be able to ID the wires for you. Mine looked during the pre inspection and said that can't be the wires and stated they were not all pre-wired. One of the main reasons we picked the Seneca was to tow our Jeep/trailer +- 9000 lbs.

Even if you did connect both wires to the controller, they both bottleneck down to one wire of the same gauge at the RV plug. Also the controller wire out to brakes is half the size of one blue wire. Those blue wires are HUGE! Probably 8 gauge or maybe bigger! Plenty of wire to carry the load for four or more brakes!
