Electrical Issue

The electrical outlet for the TV loses power when the AC comes on. The outlet will have no power for some time and then for some reason power returns. This is also the outlet that the inverter powers. No issues with other outlets.

I've checked the fuses and breaker but cannot seem to find any tripped. This is while on shore power.

I have the same problem in camp grounds on hot days . It ended up being a low voltage problem with everyone running ac in the campground

It is probably a slow acting transfer switch.. going from inverter to shore

Not sure I follow. The inverter is not on. I am always on shore power when this happens

Bruce, do you actually lose all power, or just have low voltage? Sounds like the AC is drawing everything....

There is low voltage in the parkl. I only lose power to that outlet. Other outlets and microwave stay on.

It just seems now that that outlet will lose power when the ac comes on at times, doesn't affect anything else. Same outlet the inverter runs.

The internal relay is opening up and trying to switch just like it would if you lost power. Turn the inverter on and see if the problem goes away, doesn't hurt anything to have it on when connected to shore power.

Ahh good to know Grumpy. I never had it on when connected to shore power
