Electrical issues 2008 Melbourne

1st question
My step is going in/out every time I close the door, with the switch in the off position. I've been in Florida for a month same site just started happening. But not 100% of the time.

2nd
My inverter circuit just started going out them immediately back on the TV and player all that are plugged in. One other interesting fact, every time I plug into AC the TV powers on. It hasn't happened today yet. Other AC circuits ok.

Thanks

I may have resolved the issues. I changed two fuses in the step wiring mess. One 5 amp blade type and 1/2 amp buss or glass type. The blades were somewhat corroded on the 5 and buss was blown.
