Electronic door lock

We just bought a 2015 Jayco Melbourne 29D. We don't know how to change the batteries out on the electronic door lock. Any info would be greatly appreciated. We looked at the Bauer web site, but did not see the type that we have.

Mine has four small phillips head screws to remove the back-plate. Took 4 AA batteries. Website or sticker on inside of the back-plate tells you how to enter your own entry code.
