Fake Lug Nuts missing

My 2010 Melbourne has wheel covers with fake lug nuts, and has lost 2 of them. Now there is just holes. Can it be repaired or do I need to replace the
whole wheel cover? Where can I get parts, or the whole cover?

I was hoping to just replace the fake lugnuts, rather than the whole hubcap.
Oh well, it's only $$$. haha

I've seen them at some truck stops. Usually carded on a rack near the CB or outside bling stuff.
