OMG, that is really interesting! That table shows exactly half of what the Truck tire table uses but the final numbers come out the same. Using the RV tire table you have to divide by 2, but using the Truck tire table you have to divide by 4.

Who'd of thunk!

So the real answer to the OPs question, it depends on the table you use.
