Flakey rear camera on 2016 Melbourne

The image is black and white, wavy, unreadable lines.
Hit a bump just right and everything is great. Another bump and back to wavy lines again. Makes this thing pretty useless when pulling our toad.
This rig has a Pioneer unit and it is without a doubt the worst I've ever seen. Touch screens seldom work and listening to a local FM station whose tower is less than 20 miles from my house is out of the question!
Anyone else experiencing these problems or is it just my usual good luck kicking in again?

No problems with my same set up except figuring out how to turn it off without using the coach disconnect switch. I took my head unit out to hook up the bluetooth microphone that wasn't installed by the factory and there are a large number of wires back there. Could be the connection to the camera is loose. Ditto for the antenna. Don't have any ideas on the touchscreen.

Pf, how did you get the head unit out? The plastic trim looks like something I could break pretty easily.
I have the mic and installation package along with a usb cable that wasn't installed. The package includes 2 bent wires which, apparently, are used to free the head from it's mount.
Any help is appreciated.!

I took out the panel around the a/c controls and radio but all you need to pull is the narrow trim just around the radio. I used a plastic trim tool to do it. Then there are 4 small screws and the unit just slides out. Removing the panel around the a/c controls may make it easier to slide it out. A lot of wires back there. You will see a white Half of a disc below the radio towards the fire wall. Take care stuffing the wires back in. This disc controls the damper for the air distribution. I think in my 2013 Sprinter the installer of my nav unit had stuffed wires that interfered with the movement of this disc.

Have you decided where you are going to put your microphone?

Got the camera fixed. A plug was pulled in the wiring harness because the harness was stretched down so tight. 2 of the others were bent down also. I was able to give them a tug and get them loose but they were able to put a good load on the harness. The antenna is plugged in ok so must be something else disturbing my radio.
I got a tie-wrap around the wire bundle so if 1 plug pulls loose, they all have to go.
Now I'm ready to consider the mic and USB cable connections. How did you get yours out/through the dashboard?

I fished mine down to the drivers side foot well with a stiff wire. I then ran it up the A pillar (it just pops off) over to the map light/ center console. That center portion pops out of the headliner. I pulled the U shaped clip portion off the microphone and wedged the stem and ball in between the headliner and the center console.
It looks like this.
