Hello Everyone. I'm asking that if you know anyone that is in the market for a Super C bunkhouse to please send them my way. We'd like to move to a Triple Slide floor plan. Here's what I added and some pictures. I can always send more pictures for anyone that needs them.
1) CB
2) Side cam on/off switch
3) Dash 12V power & on/off switch for towed brake display unit
4) Air horns
5) Aux air tank for air horn and air fill station
6) Electric auxiliary compressor for aux air tank (don't need to start engine to fill tank while camping)
6) Water expansion tank
7) Hydraulic lifts for the bed
8) Washer/Dryer combo
9) 22" bedroom TV
10) 40" living area TV
11) 39" outside TV with articulating arm
12) Power and HDMI outlets at the outside TV
13) Gooseneck faucet for the kitchen sink
14) Quick connect at the propane tank for outdoor grill
15) Freightliner fog lights

I'm sure I forgot something. I add to the post if I did.

12,500 miles and everything is in great working condition.

Asking $134,900

If you have someone, or you are interested, just PM me.
Thanks all!

Thanks. Yes. I'll wiggle a bit, but not much. You think I should be asking more?

I'm certainly not an expert but the ask seem to be higher than your on many of the units I have seen by doing a casual search. Maybe that is just my desire for it to be higher. lol

You might be a tad low for starting price. We paid $145k for a similar unit last fall with tow bar and brake buddy. Was a 2015 with 7k miles. This unit had washer and dryer which was a hard find used. I'd suggest $140k to allow you some room to get haggled down. RVTrader was where we bought and would be a good place to list. You've obviously done a ton of upgrades that you may not get monetary value for but should help it sell quicker. Good luck!

I have a 16' of the same unit. Can you tell me where you put the expansion tank as well as how you did the bed lifts? Did you make a brace for the frame part since the wood is pretty thin?

BrentJ: Thanks for the input. I listed it on eBay for $139,900 and I'll entertain offers from there.

RyRoRyan: I added the expansion tank (small one) just to the right of the water pump. I painted a piece of 1/2" plywood and mounted to the storage bin. Then mounted the tank to it. It fit in the space nicely. I mounted the struts by drilling through the 1" thick base frame and using 3 bolts, lock washers and acorn nuts. I mounted through the plywood and 1.5" board for the lid cutting of the unused bolts on the electrical box side so that they didn't hit the cover for the electrical area. (Note: I mounted the struts back toward the hinge area so we still need the prop--which I relocated to the side instead of the front to hold it in a higher position.) Now the bed can be lifted with ease by the DW.

Congrats on the quick sale. Can I ask what you sold it for?

Thanks

Great job on the quick sale, that exactly where you wanted to be. How did the buyer find you?, just wondering what the best way you found potential buyers. Are you getting a new rig?
