Fuse Panel Under Bed Seneca FS 2016

I have noticed a constant humming coming from under the the bed, very noticeable when air conditioner is off and its quiet time. When I opened the fuse pannel all the breakers looked okay, but below all the fuses a green light was flashing. I pushed the reset button and it stayed solid green. What is it indicating when the light flashes, is the humming normal? Seneca FS 2016

That's your converter, light indicates varying battery charging phases and yes hum is normal since it contains a transformer.

Same issue with our converter - when the fan runs, you can hear it if there's dead silence in the coach.

I've gotten used to sleeping with a small white noise generator of some kind.

As for the green light - see if you can see a make and model number, then google up the manual. I think it's a Progressive Dynamics in our Greyhawk. I was a WFCO in our older coach.

I was always reminded of a burning bed when I could hear that under ours keeps you warmer in winter

That button "forces" the battery charger function of the converter into a different charging mode temporarily. You can learn more about the converter and its battery charging modes here: http://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/do...?do=file&id=41

Mine hums too, and if there is sufficient load on it, the internal fan will also run. At first I would really notice it, now I forget it is even there.
