My unit will not come on. As i watch the unit the arrow shaped exhaust gas sensor does not more "out" when the unit starts. Then, if I bang on the side the sensor slowly moves out and the unit fires up. Has anyone had this issue? I believe our tech replaced this sensor but to no luck.
That is the sail switch. It proves the blower is running so the burner can light. It should move freely. On my Gray Hawk it was sticking because it was misaligned due to a loose screw. Check that it moves freely.
