I'm looking at getting the truma installed, I found a dealer, how much did it cost for everything?

We traded the Seneca in on a Fleetwood Discovery. It came with the Truma.

I have learned that the Girard heater has a recall on my 2017 Greyhawk MV. According to my dealer, it is to replace the older solenoids with one that doesn't stick. The old solenoid has a black ring around the top, and the new replacements have a white ring. I learned from this forum that the old ones can be made to work by tapping them sharply with a screwdriver handle. My heater has been working ever since I whacked them a couple months ago.

If you have one of these, you have a Gen 3.

We pick up our '17 Seneca Friday and I'm praying JAYCO decided to finish up the '17 line with Truma instead of Girard. We'll see.

If you have the Girard, you can tell if it has undergone the solenoid recall. The good replacement solenoids have a white ring around the top. The older defective ones have a black ring. Your service dept should be able to fix it immediately if they have the old ones. Mine has the older ones but have been working fine for the past 2 months since I whacked them with a screwdriver handle as advised by another forum member.

E3 is sn overtemp error. Source water may be too warm or water flow thru unit is too slow. We had that issue in Florida with source water being too warm.

Has anyone dealt with replacing a water flow sensor. After the cold when we had went out to the rig to check everything out. Noticed water coming out from the water heater compartment and saw water water praying out of the water flow sensor, but not quite as bad as the one on YouTube.
