Greyhawk 31SS replace fresh water tank

hi there - has anyone had to replace the fresh water tank of their Greyhawk 31SS?
The helper spring knocked a hole in it and so we ordered a new fresh water tank which came directly from jayco. Now our RV service mechanic can't figure out how to get it in there.
Just wondered if anyone has been successful with this??

Any advise is greatly appreciated!|Thanks!

I bet the factory lifted the house floor onto the chassis with that tank already installed. If thats the case, he will not figure a way to do it very easily.

We had to have ours replaced for a similar problem. The helper springs on ours broke the drain line connection going into the tank. It was replaced by the dealer after 3 repair attempts. Not really sure how they did it, it was covered under warranty.

I just checked mine. The issue is different as I have a 31fk. The spring bolt is rubbing the black tank. No hole yet but if we don't shorten the bolt there will be. Could probably just turn the bolt around didn't check that close but the tank looks easy to replace if need be.

Is jayco standing behind that problem? What does the tank cost do you know?
