So, I contacted Bill Isley at Jayco, told him about my alignment issue. He responded in 14 minutes notifying me that all I need do is forward him the bill and they will reimburse me for the first alignment. You the man alvinator!

Alvinator... Radio issue is off topic... But there is a setting in the radio that I had to turn off so that the cameras would stop deactivating the radio. It had to do with the microphone on the rear camera, presumably to hear the person standing behind giving directions... My bride is loud enough that I did not need that option.

I can't get email address to work. Is it correct? Thanks

Getting our MH out of storage this weekend and setting up an appoint for alignment as per forum in the coming weeks. Called Jayco last week and they said they will reimburse for cost under warranty as others had mentioned. Prior to the alignment though, I am also going to have service center adjust Hellwig springs to 2-2½" (per Hellwig) since ours are nearly 4".

Thank you to all. I have learned a ton from all of you. I just bought and am picking up at the end of the month our new 2016 Jayco 31FS. To say we are excited is an understatement.

My question to JDSport...I am in COS, who did you find to do the alignment?

I strongly recommend having your new Greyhawk aligned & caster checked. Just came back from service (alignment, caster adjustment and Hellwig spring adjustment) and a world of difference. Before alignment, we were constantly adjusting the steering at speed to keep RV straight. Now you can cruise at highway speeds without any steering correction needed. We had ours worked on at a truck repair facility that also does RV suspension work.
