If you have to do the touch wire to terminal routine to reset the code, be careful. Mine was stranded wire and one wire strand touched the wrong terminal and blew a fuse not just for the keyless system but the Bigfoot jacks too. The jacks were down and I couldn't retract them till I found the fuse and I had to move the next day. Several hours on the phone with the Bigfoot customer support to locate the fuse which was in the coach battery compartment, not the fuse and breaker box at the foot of the bed on my Greyhawk 31ds.

I have a 2014 Greyhawk 31 FS and it has a Dexter system. Here are the instructions to Program New Access Codes:
1. Hold 5/6 button for 5 seconds till the keypad beeps.
2. Enter Authority Code
3. Keypad will beep until you press the button to which you want to program the code.
4. Press the button to which you want to assign an Access Code
5. Enter your new 5-digit Access Code (double beep with each button press, 3 beeps at end.)
6. Re-enter new Access Code (double beep with each button press). Keypad beeps three times to indicate success. If one long beep sounds, training failed and you must start over.
