Greyhawk radio has no sound...

My 2011 Greyhawk's radio just started giving out no sound... there is also no sound for the navigation system, the CD player or the back up camera now. When playing a DVD, the sound does come out of the TV. Anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong or what I might do to fix?

Did you check your fuses? That is where I always start with electrical problems.

The radio works, at least it's lighting up... there are no speaker fuses are there?

The speakers may have become unplugged from the radio. If you have a magnadyne radio and have the little tools that they give you to remove it from the dash, it slides out easily and you can check for loose plugs.

The DVD sends audio and video to the tv and uses the tv speakers..

Thanks Mikebo... I don't think they gave me any little tools for the radio that I recall, but I do have the magnadyne radio... Maybe I can figure out some other tool to use. What kind of tool is it?

There should be two U shaped chrome wires in with your owners manual for the radio.

There is also a speaker/sound module under the drivers side well. the panel covering the well pulls out easily without tools.
This controls output to the rear of the coach as well. I had a wire to this module pinched under the seat mount that was shorting out and causing intermittent loss of sound.
If this module went bad, I could see it making all sound stop. if you message me, i will send you the diagram they sent me.

TX_Arvee, I sent you a private message, but I am not real sure I did it correctly....I am somewhat less than proficient in such things.

Same Problem

I know this thread is old, but can you tell me if you were able to fix this? I am having the exact same problem today on my 2012 Greyhawk.

Thanks!
