I would suggest you go on the internet to the Jenson site and find the pdf file for your radio. The satelite module probably plugs into the rear of the radio. The pdf file will also show you how to release the latches holding the radio. If a plastic bag containing the paperwork to your radio is in with all the other paperwork to your rv you might find 2 large flat grey metal key-like devices. If so, these slide in on the right and left sides of the radio to release the interior latches. If there is an owners manual with these keys it will be the same as the online pdf file for your model radio. It should have the procedure with illustrations on how to remove the radio. If not you may have to contact Jenson.
If this is a bluetooth radio you may want to consider getting an iphone to pair with it. That will give you a hands free phone service and access to Pandora radio. IMO, Pandora is more flexible than satelite with no monthly charges.
If you still have problems, post the model number of the radio and I will look it up for you.
