So who will do the repair-Whitehorse or jayco? Is your model a 2015or 2016? Their prices are great! 10 percent less than others.

SUBARU297 - I filled out their CUSTORMER SERVICE FORM from their homepage page and in the comment section added what I was wanted drawings for...
Jayco, Inc.

Contact Customer Service | Jayco, Inc.

Another time I called their CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number from their homepage...

This was a few years back so things may a bit different now with their daily ops...

Thanks. That is the same process I went through. I'll try again I guess.

Cheers

JosephC, I didn't go thru WES because I didn't buy it from them. Also I don't think they do repairs such as I will need. Jayco told me they will fix the vibration in the new 6-speed transmission and take care of a small water leak in the shower. Once i thought about my options, I wanted the MH to be repaired by the factory. If you saw the damage and wires that were ripped out, you'd want the factory to repair it also. Going to the factory will cost me some time, but I should be reimbursed for all my expenses by the other person's insurance. The detailed police report I just received backs up my description of the accident
