How do you hold storage doors open?

Just bought a 2017 greyhawk 29me. The little storage doors towards front of motorhome. How do you prop them open so you can use two hands to get your stuff out? Did you make something or buy something to hold them open? Thanks

Congratulations on the new Greyhawk and welcome to the forum.

There are members here with Greyhawks that may have specific suggestions. I have LOTS of bungee cords that have helped me in similar situations.

I didn't want to drill any holes in RV. I bought some of these suction cups at Harbor Freight and keep 1 in each compartment I want to hold open. Use them when camping, remove when driving.

Hi tom: quick question..... How do you attach the suction cup to the "lid" or body of the RV ?

I attach the suction cup above the door to the body and hold it open by putting the door latch in the handle of the cup.

Being an ever hopeful minimalist, tell me more about that stick. As for the suction cup idea, a photo of how that is used would be helpful. Thanks.

I'll post a pic using the suction cup when I get over to the storage facility to check out unit. A couple days maybe.

Here's a couple pics using a suction cup. Just hook the door handle to the handle of the suction cup.

I ended up getting some cream colored door holders from camping world and used outdoor command strips to stick them to side of mh. Seems to work for now

I installed baggage door catches on all my exterior compartment doors. I drilled pilot holes for the screws, filled the holes with caulk, coated the screws with caulk and caulked the back of each catch and screwed them in place. They work great holding all the compartment doors open and with all the caulk I have not experienced any leaking.
