Hydraulic Fluid Reservoir

I was looking around the engine compartment of our 2016 37 HJ for the hydraulic fluid reservoir for the leveling system but could not find it. As my dad would say, “I must be blind in eye and can’t see out the other,” can anyone tell me were to check the fluid level is located? Thanks.

The leveling pump and reservoir for the leveling system on our Redhawk is on the frame somewhat between the front and rear axles. I doubt they would add it under the hood.

Check the area around the house battery compartment.

Morning Fishman417, I have the Bigfoot installation on my 31DS and according to the manual, the tank reservoir is attached to the cylinder assembly, itself for each jack. There is a cover to remove to access to the fill port for fluid.

It is located on the inside of your frame rails on the drivers side, forward the rear axle.

Find one of the jacks and follow the line until you hit a reservoir.

correct look up underneath the motor home, about in the middle you will see a valve system with a bunch of hoses connected and a opaque reservoir with probably red fluid in it.
