Jayco Warranty questions

I have had my 31FS for just over a year. During and after my first long trip I have a significant hit List. I was cleaning the roof and noticed that the rear part of the roof is not smooth and looks as if it is starting to tear. Also, the fiberglass on the drivers side corner is splitting. See below. Are these items covered under the 2 year warranty?Click image for larger version

In theory, yes. But no one here can make the determination. All you can do is take it in and have the dealer assess it.

Jayco fixed a spiderweb Crack in my wall. I actually did not notice it, the deal found it, replacing a decal. Fixed better than new, cannot see it at all.

as for the roof, that is hard to say. If it appears to be a factory defect, I bet they will. But if it is wear and tear, from us. I doubt they will cover it. It is normal to have waves in the roofing membrane as it is not glued down.

They fixed some spider cracks like that on my front cap. It was just in the gelcoat.

The rear looks like a hose was drug over it, don't know but Jayco will determine after it is documented by the dealer.

They replaced my roof because a rafter had broken. They cover tire blowouts and the damage done by the tire. My guess is yes, you will be covered and have no problems. Start with your dealer or any dealer that covers Jayco warranty.

UPDATE: After sending Jayco the pictures in question, Jayco service confirmed that these issues will be covered under warranty. I told them that I cannot get into the servicing dealer for at least 30-60 days and they told me to apply "quad sealant" to prevent further roof damage in the interim.

Just for your info, My dealer coordinated the claim on mine with Jayco, but they arranged for me to take it to a local fiberglass shop for the repairs. I dropped it off and it was ready in about a week. Jayco and the dealer handled all the paperwork.
