jumpstarting boosting 2012 seneca

its winter and cold--and every 6 weeks or so i start up the seneca and generator for a couple of hrs. today neither the generator or truck will start. there is power just not enough to start either. can i jump start the system from my car 12 volt battery? if so how? cannot find online the points to attach to the motor home.
i know where both chassis and house batteries are
any suggestiona appreciated

I would jump at the batteries. Your 12VDC car battery terminal to the trailer 12VDC battery terminals. I always hate doing this as if I screw up I will blow fuses and have even more problems to deal with... If your trailer batteries are in good shape they will charge up enough to start your motor in just a few minutes.

What you really should do is rig something to keep the trailer batteries topped off when sitting. A trickle charger or small solar panel will work just fine.

You are flirting with having to replace your trailer batteries and we all know how expensive that is... If I let my batteries get below 12.0VDC and not get re-charged right away I find them dropping off on performance. If I continue doing this then I will find my batteries too far gone to ever do right being re-charged again...

I lost one battery doing this and decided right away to start really watching my batteries and come up with a method to keep them topped off during storage periods.

Money doesn't grow on trees around here hehe...

Just saying

Hook up as stated. Let you car run 10-30 min to get some power in the battery's . Then it should start. You need a disconnect switch to stop discharging while sitting. Lots stuff still running off the battery's when it's sits.

If its that cold let it sit, try starting on a sunny day. Sun beating on the hood makes a big diff
