Just how do you reach out to Jayco directly?

From time to time I see someone mention that they talked to someone at Jayco directly for help and support.

Just how do you do that?
Do they have an email address?

Thanks!

They have a phone number on their website. I just called them this morning for assistance with my slide outriggers.

You can call or email, just don't expect stellar customer service

I've been dealing Anthony Rodriguez, at Jayco. So far, things have been going very well.

Do you guys have big or small issues? Ours are big, so maybe that's why our customer service is bad. I wish you luck!

I'm dealing with outriggers that are bending and it's causing my floor to sag a little because of the weight of the kitchen slide. Parts are in order.

Are you fixing the problem yourself or is Jayco covering it?

Jayco is covering it under warranty. What are your problems?

3 air conditioners replaced, no argument or hesitation. Fiberglass cracks fixed at the factory no argument or hesitation. Warranty and service department couldn't have been more responsive.

We have a lot, our biggest is that when our coach is moving the generator won't run the A/C in back. We had to drive home from Colorado in the middle of the night because the temperature outside was 100° and the new cool looking windows won't open enough to help. We've been to 2 different Cummins and have had our dealer service department try to fix it 3 times. Jayco says they are trying to figure it out, it's not just our coach that is affected.

I communicate with Jayco through email. It is my way of keeping track of when I contacted them and when I got a response. The longest it took for them to respond to me was 3 days, that was when I sent them pictures of the fading front cap, they said to take it to an approved Jayco service center and they will take it from there. I have contacted them at least 20+ times by email from the cap issue to fresh water drain valve issues, stabilizer switch, general questions and wiring diagrams... VERY happy with their support. Just have to remember to add your VIN #.

Which coach? Doesn't the dash air work? Does the geny shut down or just not power the a/c?

It's a good idea to have your Vin number handy before contacting them.

It's a 2015 Greyhawk 29ME, we bought it new 10 months ago. The dash air works great but it's not enough to cool the rest of the coach, when it's 100°out. The generator sputters then shuts down when the air is turned on after about a minutes of use. It then blinks a "needs service" message. Sometimes if it turns off like that we can't get it to run again, sometimes we can. Both Cummins said that the manufacture didn't wire it into the coach correctly. With all of our other issues we think the wiring throughout the whole coach is messed up. We actually heard one of the service guys say that the wiring was totally wrong as he was changing out our main power switch (we were hanging out in the coach, the guy didn't feel the need to filter!)

X2, I have called a few times and had stellar service. Quick call backs when the service rep did not know the answer, and had to find an expert.

What your describing sure sounds like a typical gummed up carburator, Did you run it once a month after you got the coach? The internal workings of the gen is what causes it to shut down not the coach wiring.

There is only one way to wire the transfer switch, either it works or it doesn't. If it was wired incorrectly the gen would run, but the a/c would never come on at all. If it was a wiring issue all your dealer has to do is talk to Onan to find out how to get it corrected.

We did run it once a month, and the carburetor was one of the first things they checked but that wasn't the problem. Cummins and our dealer have gone back and forth for the last 2 1/2 months, they both say they have done all they can do, that's why I finally contacted Jayco. Maybe I should have done that sooner but I had no clue that this problem would be so difficult!
