Location of 12 volt water pump and water filter

Hi all
I'm a newby.
I've owned a 2013 Jayco Greyhawk 31DS for a few months.
Frankly, the Jayco manual is awful. I was looking for the circuit breakers/command center, and was directed to "somewhere near the kitchen". After a long time, I finally found it at the foot of the bed.
Now I'm looking for the 12 volt water pump, and the large water filter. I called Jayco, was told it is behind a "false panel" at the water setting station. I removed the only panel there (the one with the switches for various water settings) and I think I can see it with a flashlight. However, I could never service it or remove it from there. There must be another way to access it. I didn't see the water filter in there. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Maybe it may a good idea to go to a local RV place especially if you see a trailer like yours for sale on the lot and go ask a bunch of questions. The sale people can point out all of these things. Every different brand trailer is sometimes unique where things are located.

The Water pump should be easy to find. It makes alot of noise when turned on. Follow the sound haha...

I know - I'm not help...

On the FK it is in the cargo bay behind the water control panel. You have to crawl into the cargo bay. The pump and filter are behind the water control panel. So remove the panel on the opposite side of the box, if that makes sense, not the panel that houses the water switches.
