Don't worry
I've had several RVs with a slide out kitchen and the propane hose serving the stove and ice box moved and changed position when you operated the slide. In all cases I could look under the slide and check for wear on the hose. I've never seen any wear that concerned me. But it's a good thought process you have, keep that attitude, check things periodically, you will me fine. Once I was out fishing and came back to find a squrial had eaten through the hose from my 20# propane tank to my Weber Q2000 and my tank was empty. I worry more about varments than the engineering design of my RV. LOL.
