My opinion, the summary would be...
dealers will do service regardless of where it was purchased.
dealers put units of those that didn't buy from them at the bottom of the service priority list.
, if any, will admit to refusing service for a unit bought elsewhere.
I don't recall anyone using the word 'gladly.'
