New Seneca Service and Warranty

I made an agreement to purchase a 2015 Jayco HJ at the recent Tampa Rv Show. Expect to go to Orlando to pick it up and get oriented soon. Should I be concerned with being a long distance from the dealer for warranty work after I initially get the unit set up, or will any Jayco dealer gladly service it and do warranty work.

Depends on the dealer you take it to for service. Some will take care of you and others may make you wait until their customers are taken care of.

If you search you'll find there's a fair amount of discussion on this topic.

My opinion, the summary would be...
Most dealers will do service regardless of where it was purchased.
Many dealers put units of those that didn't buy from them at the bottom of the service priority list.
Few, if any, will admit to refusing service for a unit bought elsewhere.

I don't recall anyone using the word 'gladly.'

It sounds like maybe we're one of the lucky ones, but we purchased our Seneca in Florida and the local dealer here in central Ohio has been great to work with so far.

RCD Sales in Pataskala. They're right along I70, probably 30 - 40 minutes from Zanesville. They have been great to work with and never gave us any trouble about not having bought the Seneca from them.
