No Power to Thermostat

2011 Grewhawk 31FS

No power to thermostat... nothing in books shows location of control board.

No heat, AC or Fan so I am looking for your help and guidance.

Thanks.

Power's on to everything else? It's just the thermostat that's dead?
Did you pull it off the wall and check to see if the wires are off too?

[ Reason I ask is because I spent a minute the other day trying to figure out why my thermostat was off when I finally realized I had the master power off too. ]

Pulled the t stat - checked 5 amp fuse in line there as well as the fuse in the t-stat itself. Both are good. Also pulled every fuse in the fuse box - all are good.

Not sure what furnace you have, but several have mentioned the breaker on the back of the furnace as the culprit.

Here's a link to a thermostat manual hosted on this site:Thermostat PDF. For that thermostat, it looks like 12VDC comes from the heater during heat operation and from the A/C during cool operation so it's odd that both your systems are not operating.

Have you checked for 12VDC at all supply wires to the thermostat?

My 2016 Greyhawk has a dedicated 15 amp fuse in the fuse panel for the furnace and thermostat. Mine has blown before.

Wouldn't one way to rule out the thermostat would be to connect two of the wires directly, as if there was a call for heat?

Ok all, it was indeed a resettable breaker on the front of the blower motor. Needed to be plugged in as well since the house was unplugged for a day. And just like that, we have heat, fan and air conditioning control at the thermostat again. You rock!!!!

Garsh - maybe splicing in longer leads and moving that switch closer should be on the To Do list.
