Cool No sound on Bedroom TV

Whenever I turn on the TV in the back bedroom of my 2013 Greyhawk, I get video, but no sound. Have tried changing numerous settings on the TV menu/sound menu, but still no sound. Any ideas out there?

What is the video source when this happens? My rig has this issue with zone 2 disc video source, and the dealer is looking into it now.

For regular TV, all audio is fine. Zone 1 audio and video is fine. Zone 2 audio from whatever is in zone 1 and video from zone 2... I had to show the dealer before they believed me.

The source doesn't seem to matter. I've had it on TV, both cable and antenna, plus dvd from the front entertainment console.

If you are not getting audio from the TV itself when watching a news channel, try one of these:

Does your TV menu show you a setting for "Fixed/Variable"? It should be in the "Audio" section of the menu.
If so, change it to Variable as some televisions will shut of the speakers when it is set to "Fixed". The idea behind this is you may want to connect your TV audio outputs to an amplifier or surround sound system and adjust the audio from that source, not your TV.

Do you have a 3.5mm jack (Headphone jack) with a cord plugged in to that jack? If so, unplug that cord as some TV's will mute the speakers if a headset is plugged in to the TV.
