No Water

Our 2015 Seneca TS has been hooked up to "City Water" for a few weeks and when I filled the tank and returned the setting to the "normal" position there is no water. The tank is full, the pump is running, but there is no water from any of the faucets. Pump runs until I shut it of. Any ideas?

It is open - nothing changed. I just switched to city water when I hooked up and then switched back to the normal position when I unhooked. The pump never builds enough pressure to kick off. It acts like it needs primed.

I'm guessing it worked fine before a few weeks ago? You were using it?

It worked fine, no problems, great pressure. Have you ever had to prime your fresh water pump.

Yup!

Open a faucet when you start the pump. That way there will be no back-pressure when the pump is pulling a vacuum to get the water up from the tank.

You can try this. Where the city water hose connects to your MH, remove the cone shaped washer and while the pump is running push the check valve button in. Sometimes they don't reseat properly and they let air in. It's worth a try. Good luck. Let us know when you find the solution.
