No water from faucets

I just picked up my new Greyhawk 29MV on Thursday. I have to say I'm a bit frustrated with many things not working correctly. When we did he walk through, we found hat he coded door lock and electric step were not working properly. They "fixed" the step and said they had to order a new lock. I'm ok at this point as I know there will be a few bugs that need to be worked out.
Today I'm going through the motorhome to familiarize myself with things that are different from other motor homes I have owned.
First off, the step does not stay out when the step off button is pushed. Second, I filled the tank with water, moved the knobs to normal, turned on the water pump and I get no water from the faucets. I hear the pump running, but no water. Third, the tankless water heater has no consistency at all. Starts warm, goes to cold, then gets Luke warm at best.
My first concern is no water when pump is on. Any ideas!! It works when hooked to city water.

Not familiar with your rig but will lay money that a valve is in the wrong position in the utility panel.

"Normal" is the correct position for both valves to be set at to use the onboard water and water pump. It may take a few minutes for the water heater to fill with water if it's not full. While it's filling you'll have little or no water out of the faucets.
Tankless water heater is a bit fussy. You have to set the heater temperature with the knob in the bathroom and open only the hot water side. Mixing cold water in with the hot will cause the flow to be too low for the water heater to keep running.
Step not staying out is either you're getting a voltage from the chassis that says your ignition is on, the wall switch is defective, or the step module is defective.

Hmmm, when the dealer "de-winterized" the unit, he flushed the system, installed the water filter element, and prior to the PDI, filled the fresh water tank. He than would have pressure tested the entire water system for leaks, and tested the water heater.

So, I presume that the water all worked fine during the PDI, and now it doesn't?

Have you removed one of the sink aerators and tried to get water? Mine had debris in the screens in the aerators and once cleaned they worked fine.

Strange question. How do you the water heater isn't working as it should if you are unable to get water through the faucets?

I guess I wasn't clear with my explanation... I get water when hooked to city water, but not when using water pump. It's back at the dealer to address this and other issues.
