Ordering 2015 Seneca

We ordered a 2015 Seneca on memorial weekend and it's been 4 months, is this normal? We were thinking 4-6 weeks? We are a little un-nerved due to this timeline. TIA.

When I was at the plant in September we were told they can't build them fast enough to meet demand. As I mentioned in the other post about model year. The chassis year and the coach year many times are a year apart since chassis's are bought in mass quantity. There were probably 100 E-450s sitting on the property. Didn't seen any Freightliners in the staging area, but that doesn't mean they weren't someplace else.

As timing would have it, just got call from dealer and was told it just arrived. YEA! Hope the chassis is a 2015, we will find out in a few days. Thanks for the replies.

or hope it isn't and now that you know it can happen ask for a few grand more of the price or you don't take it

anything is worth a shot...there is absolutely nothing wrong with having an older chassis because you don't lose any warranty but to me it is the principal of the whole thing. Especially when they present 2014 owners manuals when you are paying for a 2015
