Passenger seat height

With the pass seat as low as it will go, my wife's feet will not thought the floor. She is 5'3. Anybody have this issue? I already told her to wear platform shoes. Lol.

Mike, my wife is 5' 4" and has no problem getting feet on floor. Could your seat be mounted differently, i.e., build error? Have you tried other Senecas to see if there is a difference?

I will check that when we are the dealer. I looked under the seat and can't see anywhere there is a hard point adjustment.

Mike, think about the seat height before you make the decision to lower the seat. If you move the cushion lower the wife will not be able to see out the windows. I would suggest making a pillow platform for her to rest her feet on.

Same issue for my wife in our Greyhawk. Sort of fixed the issue with a wide flat plastic storage box set on the floor in front of her. Had the same issue in our Class A, same fix too. The extra storage is also good to have.

I built a small platform out of the pieces of oak 1/2" plywood I had laying around. So far it seems to work well.

I'm almost 5'5" but with the Seneca passenger seat as low as it will go my heels are barely on the floor. If I take my shoes off like I general do when traveling there is no chance of me touching the floor good. Sometimes I prop my feet up on the dash, but my husband is going to make me a box and cover it with matching carpet. My legs get really restless if I can't get comfy. LOL

I am 5'2" and have the same issue. I use a foldable single step to rest my feet on. When we are not traveling I use it to access the upper cabinets in the kitchen.

I purchased a plastic folding step stool and cut the legs off of it works perfectly for my 5'3" wife in our 2012 Seneca best part the step still folds up and neatly sits behind the passenger seat when not in use.

Yes she does .... We just made a 1500 mile trip from Lafayette LA to Kerrville TX and back, The wife had swollen ankles from not being able to touch the floor with her feet. Today she saw what look like a little foot-rest stool of sorts at Dixie RV in Breaux Bridge. That may be the ticket. Anyone with other ideas .......???
