Hi there, I have a 2008 Seneca C5500 chassis of course with Alcoa aluminum wheels. I need to purchase a few of the plastic Chrome wheel nuts. I am striking out so far anyone have an idea I am all ears. Thank you.
We were fortunate in the fact that the previous owner of the '08 Seneca we bought this year had already bought some and left them in the cabinet below the driver's seat.
I'm not sure if you need the 000200 or 000220 but I can check for a number on my spares tomorrow morning if there's no number on the caps you still have.
Thank you for the link much appreciated. I checked my hut cover it has a 20 labeled on it. I suspect it's the M20 = PN 200. There is a local supplier (Traction) I will pop in tomorrow. Thanks again!
You can purchase real steel chrome plated ones from E-Trailer for less than the cost of the plastic/tin covered lugs. After struggling with the covers spinning, etc I replaced all my lugs.
Well I dropped by my local truck supply shop Traction and found the Alcoa plastic nut covers are $7 a piece. Not to happy, however, I will start to search for the real steel chrome plated ones from E-Trailer as per LabMan.
At the tire store 4 weeks ago the tech showed me one of 16 for the fronts that had cracked and didn't want to go back in place securely. Luckily I had the spares and gave him another.
At the campground 2 weeks ago (ironically) while pulling in to stop and pay, one of the other front caps had come loose and just fell off (about 245 miles from the tire store).
The attendant saw it fall off and handed it to me. As I had done previous to the tire store I used a small set of channel lock pliers and gave them all one extra 1/4 turn.
Hopefully they stay put!
